It’s Never Too Late

According to a recent study published in the Journal of the American Dietetic Association, research suggests that it's never too late to adopt healthy eating habits and still get benefits. Eating more fruits and veggies, and exercising more while avoiding meat and dairy increases longevity potential, and decreases the rate of chronic diseases and cognitive impairment.

Plant-based diets are God's ideal for us as the book of Genesis tells us. Decreasing the rate of diseases, reversing diseases, and increasing vitality and life span are powerful reasons for making mindful decisions every time we sit down for a meal. Being good stewards of our bodies is a sacred responsibility and also a privilege that ought to be taken seriously and from the heart.
