It should be of no surprise that a plant-based diet is good for
our mental state. Do we really believe that eating the flesh and
secretions of abused farmed animals does not have any negative
effects on us? Just by acknowledging that God’s farmed animals
suffer unimaginable pain and fear should make us think twice about
putting them in our bodies. In a sense, we become what we eat.
Most people, upon adopting a plant-based diet feel liberated and
rejoice in being part of life’s celebration! … a celebration of
compassion, love, respect and reverence for God’s Creation.
