The interest in vegan foods and vegan companies is growing. Such an example is Sebastiano Cossia Castiglioni, owner of Querciabella, which produces organic, biodynamic wines in Tuscany. He hosted a nine-course, plant-based tasting dinner in New York to highlight food innovation because as this article states, “he’s putting his money where his convictions are as an active investor in food startups with plant-based products.”
