The enormous quantities of animal waste that factory farms produce every year in the US, almost two trillion pounds, pollute our soil and water.

As Christians, we are called to be good stewards of all of God’s Creation. Contaminating the environment, destroying our health and causing suffering to animals do not honor God, and do not show obedience to our Creator. The transition to a plant-based diet shows love and compassion to all creatures, and helps to restore our health and the environment.
