Cut out Caviar to Save the Sturgeon
Because of overfishing, poaching,
pollution and poor management the sturgeon stocks in the Caspian Sea
are dangerously low. It is believed that unless the consumption for
their eggs (caviar) diminishes, the sturgeon might face extinction
in the near future. Similarly, Beluga, whose eggs are a symbol of
ostentatious dining and luxury, are at the verge of extinction after
fish numbers fell by 90 percent over the past 20 years.

So many of God's animal species are
facing extinction due to the greed of humanity and its hunger for
profit and pleasure. Unless we start managing God's Creation
lovingly and responsibly, we will continue to bring misery to it.
