Heterocyclic amines (HCAs, cancer-causing compounds have been found in 100 grilled chicken items from McDonald’s, Burger King, Chick-fil-A, Chili’s, Applebee’s, Outback Steakhouse, and TGI Friday’s. Now, thanks to the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM), this issue will go to trial.

Thankfully there are people who have humanity's health in their best interest, such as PCRM. However, it is ultimately the consumers’ decision to pick what they put in their bodies.
