Vegan bakeries around the US are growing in numbers and popularity.
Vegan bakers took first-place honors twice on the Food Network's
"Cupcake Wars" television series and even Walt Disney World has now a
vegan bakery. Many of these bakeries choose to avoid the term "vegan" in
their name or advertisement and instead use the term "egg and
dairy-free" in order to attract more customers. Please visit Is That

Plant-based foods are becoming more mainstream, and vegan pastries
are just an example of how any dish can be “veganized.” People should
realize that they are not missing on anything by avoiding animal
products; in fact, they are reaping the benefits of a plant-based diet
for their own health, God’s animals and the environment.
