God’s farmed animals ironically and appallingly end up at the center of celebrations… as meals. Although we celebrate freedom and independence on the 4th of July, very sadly God’s animals are still slaves and victims of violence on a daily basis.
Being one with Life, with God, with our Creator is simply incompatible with violence. And this is exactly what we strive for as Christians! Love and violence can not possibly exist together at the same time. Therefore, by being mindful of our present moment we may find it more easily to refrain from causing pain to any creature.Your question and comments are welcome
