The Victimization of Humans by the Animal Agriculture Industry
Although the main arguments to stop supporting the animal agriculture industry involve our health, animal suffering and environmental degradation, the issue regarding social justice is also an important one. All around the world workers at factory farms and slaughterhouses are forced to work under extreme unsanitary and dangerous conditions, many times under bondage, and without any legal protection. As the article states, factory farms and slaughterhouses are the new sweatshops.

Factory farms and slaughterhouses are hellish places. The victimization of humans and God’s animals by the animal agriculture industry is appalling and widespread. Christians are called to love one another, but when we consume animal products we are supporting an industry that abuses our fellow human beings as well as God’s animals.Your question and comments are welcome
